Bryan came in representing the seller and I ended up working with him as the buyer's agent too. That process worked well throughout what was a pretty straightforward transaction. (No intense negotiation was needed ... thus the three stars ... just ne...

Bryan's expertise is focused at the first home buyer level and currently should stay there. He's still learning the business, learning the process yet hasn't developed the professional selling expertise to handle homes over the $350,000 range. When ...

Response from Bryan Goldman on 5/5/2016

I'm sorry you feel this way, but I do feel your negative review is skewed and leaves a lot of information "off the table" for these consumers to consider: 1) When I appraised your home, I put the market value range from $580,000 - $620,000. Against my advice, you decided to list your home at a price higher than that. The reason our showing activity was low was because we had ample competition in your price range and we were one of the more-costly options. 2) The "awkward situation" that you mentioned, you didn't explain that this situation was you returning home and not allowing buyers to finish their showing of your listing. They were discussing negotiations and considering making an offer when you returned home and asked them to leave. 3) Your home was only on market for 46 days, before you decided to withdraw. I had showed you from the very beginning, at our first listing appointment, that homes in the $600,000+ price range average well over 100 days on market. -Bryan
